Definitions

The precise definition of the indicator is the proportion of domestic budgetary central government expenditure funded by taxes. Revenue in the form of domestic taxes is based on the definition described in Chapter 5 of the Government Finance Statistics Manual (GFSM) 2014 (PDF, 4.7MB).
